The Dallas Stars have used the 163rd overall pick to select Markus Ruusu.

We don’t have a lot of information on the Dallas Stars sixth round pick. He’s been playing in the Finnish Juniors for the past couple of seasons. He’s put up some decent save percentages in the past year.
He appears to be slated to join the Mestis next season. The Mestis is the second adult division in Finnish hockey. He’ll be playing for JYP-Akatemia.
He’s got a decent size at 6-foot-2 though a little on the slight side weighing in at 176 pounds. He is also a very young draftee, he doesn’t turn 18 until the 23rd August.
