Seems goalie Ben Bishop was not Dallas Stars GM Jim Nill’s 1st choice to fix the Stars goaltend woes. Nill had his eye on the Chicago Blackhawks backup Scott Darling but balked at Hawks GM Stan Bowman’s asking price of a 3rd round pick.
