Liking hockey in Texas brings with it an immediate family. Just the other day I was out around town wearing a Stars hoodie and a random woman hugged me because I'm a Stars fan. She recognized a something in me that she could connect with immediately, that shared passion for this crazy, wonderful, exciting, heartburn-inducing Stars team.
That's just how we do it down here in Dallas -- we have an instant connection with those that love our little sport in our big town.
Each member of our Defending Big D staff puts in countless hours to provide this community for our little family, both near and far. And we love this little community of ours. So from our Stars family to yours, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
