Ladies and gentlemen, Dallas Stars fans of all ages, we have reached the end. The very end of August. The last days before the calendar flips over to a month with actual NHL hockey.
Okay, so it’ll just be prospect tournaments, training camp and preseason games until one more month ticks by. Still, after 12 weeks off, that’s more than enough.
Given it’s the last chance for the crew here at DBD to catch a breather until the Christmas break, we’re going to take this weekend off to enjoy the holiday (and perhaps, as the picture above demonstrates, some delicious food or maybe even a trip to the lake). We’ll be back Monday with links then dive right into some comprehensive coverage to get you ready for the Traverse City Prospects Tournament and the start of Stars training camp.
