Remi Elie played two games this week for the Erie Otters and finished with a single point, a goal. He scored an empty net net goal in a 4-2 win against the London Knights on Saturday. He now has 51 points in 47 games with the Bulls and the Otters.
In three games with the Guelph Storm, Dickinson finished with eight points. In a 9-4 win against the Peterborough Petes on Thursday he finished with five points, three goals and two assists. In his hattrick he had a pair of shorthanded goals, within 65 seconds of each other. He'd also get an assist a piece on a powerplay goal and another shorthanded goal. His five point game was awarded with second star honours. Highlights of the game can be found here.
In a 4-3 loss on Friday to the Sudbury Wolves, Dickinson added a pair of assists to his totals. He assisted on Phil Baltisberger's opener and would assist on Tyler Bertuzzi's goal on the powerplay in the third period. Highlights of that game can be found here. He was named second star of the game.
On Sunday the Guelph Storm lost to the Oshawa Generals 7-2. Dickinson finished with a single assist in that loss. Highlights of the game can be found here.
Aaron Haydon played three games this week for the Niagara IceDogs and finished with three points in those games. In a 8-6 loss to the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds on Thursday, Haydon had a single assist on Carter Verhaeghe's opening goal. Highlights of the game can be found here.
In a 4-1 win against the London Knights on Friday, Haydon finished with a goal and an assist. He assisted on the game winning goal and would add the fourth goal of the game late in the second period. He was named second star of the game for his effort. Highlights of the game can be found here.
Brent Moran had a good week for the IceDogs and he played in all three of the games they had. He came in as relief halfway through the 8-6 win against the Sault Ste Marie Greyhounds, steading the ship and saving all 19 shots he faced as Niagara began a four straight goals comeback.
On Friday he followed this up with a 28 save performance in a 4-1 win against the London Knights. He finished with a 0.966SVS% and was named first star of the game.
In another game against the London Knights on Sunday he saved 26 of the 29 shots he faced, backstopping the IceDogs to a 9-3 win. He finished with a 0.897SVS%. Highlights of the game can be found here.
Moran hasn't played this many games in such a short stint since early October. Hopefully he'll have earned himself a few more starts towards the end of the season.
Both Alex Peters and Patrick Sanvido were not playing this week.
WHL
Brett Pollock played three games this week with the Edmonton Oil Kings, finishing with a goal and an assist. Both points came during a 4-3 loss to the Lethbridge Hurricanes on Tuesday. He assisted on a powerplay goal to tie up the game at two apiece late in the second period. His goal would be a shorthanded goal, his 25th goal of the season, scored late in the third. Highlights of the game can be found here.
In three games Cole Ully had three points for the Kamloops Blazers. He scored both of the Blazers goals in a 3-2 loss to the Red Deer Rebels on Wednesday. He was named second star of the game for his two goal effort. Highlights of the game can be found here.
In a 5-3 loss to the Kelowna Rockets, Ully finished with a single assist. Highlights of the game can be found here.
QMJHL
Philippe Desrosiers played two games for the Rimouski Oceanic this week, winning one and losing the other in the shootout.
In a 6-2 win against the Saint John Seadogs on Wednesday he saved 30 of the 32 shots he faced, a 0938SVS%. He saved 20 of 23 shots he faced during a 4-3SO loss to the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles on Saturday, a 0.870SVS%. He saved two of the three shots he faced during the shootout.
USHL
Matej Paulovic only played one game this week, going pointless in a 3-2 loss to Youngstown. He has 30 points through 33 games in the USHL.
NCAA
The University of Maine played against Notre Dame twice this weekend with Devin Shore finishing with a goal and an assist through those games. He got a goal in a 4-4 tie on Friday and was named second star of the game for his effort. He'd add an assist in Saturday's 5-1 loss to Notre Dame.
Mike Prapavessis played a pair of games for Rensselaer this week and went pointless through both games. He shifted between the second and third pairings in the two games he played.
Europe
Most European Leagues had a week off and only played one game this week.
Sweden
The SHL wasn't playing this week so Ludwig Bystrom wasn't in action.
Rogle played only a single game and both Emil Molin and Niklas Hansson went pointless in the contest. Molin played just over six minutes in the game while Hansson played just over 17 minutes. Molin has seven points this season, all assists, in 44 games. Hansson leads Rogle's defensemen with 20 points in 42 games this season.
John Nyberg played in the Champions Hockey League Final for Frolunda and went pointless in a 4-2 loss. This game meant that he missed the first game of the U19 Five Nations tournament. He did play in the other games but went pointless through those four contests.
Finland
None of the Dallas Stars prospects in Finland were in action this week.
Russia
Dmitry Sinitsyn is still not playing in any of the Russian leagues. He's not listed as being injured on the Dynamo Moscow website so that discounts the possibility he is still injured. Despite searches online and on twitter there don't appear to be any updates available. The KHL playoffs begin on the 28th February and Dynamo Moscow has already clinched a playoff spot.
