Dallas Stars Prospect Update: Hansson Gets First Goal Since October

North American Juniors and NCAA

OHL

Alex Peters finished with a single assist this week for the Flint Firebirds. He got the assist during a 6-1 loss to the Peterborough Petes on Thursday. Highlights can be found here.

Brent Moran played in three of the Firebirds games this week. He got the start in all three but was pulled twice. He let in a total of 13 goals in three games, a save percentage below .900. The week before he had kept his save percentage above this.

Chris Martenet played three games with the London Knights in the OHL. He went pointless through all three games. He has seven points in 41 games this season.

Aaron Haydon played two games with the Niagara IceDogs this week. He finished with a single assist. He got his assist during a 4-1 win over the Ottawa 67s. Highlights of the game can be found here.

Patrick Sanvido played two games for the Windsor Spitfires and went pointless in both games.

WHL

In four games with the Edmonton Oil Kings, Brett Pollock finished with a single assist. He got the assist during a 4-3SO loss to the Medicine Hat Tigers on Friday. Highlights of the game can be found here.

Pollock has 47 points in 46 games.

USHL

Matej Paulovic has returned to action after being out for several weeks with injury. In his first game back, an 6-4 loss to the USNDP he had a single assist.

NCAA

Mike Prapavessis played two games this week for RPI and finished with a single assist. He got the assist during RPI's 1-0 win against Cornell. His was a primary assist on the even strength goal.

Joseph Cecconi played one game in the NCAA this week, a 5-5 tie against Ohio State. He finished pointless in the game and played on the second defensive pairing with Nolan De Jong.

Europe

Sweden

Niklas Hansson played two games this week for HV71 and had a single goal in a 4-2 win against Djurgarden. It was Hansson's first goal since scoring twice against Vaxjo on October 31.

John Nyberg played one game for Oskarshamn and went pointless in the contest. He has six points in 38 games this season.

Finland

Roope Hintz played one game this week for HIFK and finished pointless in the contest.

Aleksi Makela went pointless in one game Ilves this week in the Liiga. He finished a minus 2 and played less than nine minutes in a 3-0 loss to HIFK.

Troy Vance went pointless through two games for Assat in the Liiga. He has 11 points in 38 games and has averaged over 20 minutes of ice time per game.

Henri Kiviaho did not play in the Liiga this week.

Miro Karjalainen did not play in the Finnish juniors this week.

Russia

Denis Guryanov played two games in the KHL and went pointless through both games. He averaged five minutes and eight minutes of ice time in each of those games. He has five points through 39 games this season.

Dmitry Sinitsyn played two games for Dynamo Moscow in the KHL and went pointless through both games. These games were his first in the KHL since playing four minutes on December 22. He averaged 13 minutes of ice time in the pair of games he played this week.
