Dallas Stars Prospect Update: Brett Pollock Has Five Point Week

North American Juniors and NCAA
OHL
Alex Peters is still out injured for the Flint Firebirds.
Chris Martenet had two assists through three games for the London Knights. He got both assists during a 9-4 win over the Mississauga Steelheads. He know how six points through 21 games. Highlights of that game can be found here.
Aaron Haydon played three games this week for the Niagara IceDogs and finished with two assists. He got one in a 4-3OT loss to Erie and the other in a 6-2 loss to Sarnia.
It was a mixed bag for Brent Moran as he played two games this week for the IceDogs. The first game was a 4-3OT loss to the Erie Otters where he saved 20 of the 24 shots he faced, a 0.833SVS%.
However in his second game he shut out the Windsor Spitfires, saving all 23 shots he faced and earned himself second star honours.
Patrick Sanvido is still out injured.
WHL
Brett Pollock had a very good week for the Edmonton Oil Kings. In four games he had five points. He now has 24 points through 25 games.
On Tuesday the Oil King beat the Vancouver Giants 6-2. Brett Pollock finished with a goal and a pair of helpers in the game. He was named second star of the game for his effort. Highlights of the game can be found here.
On Wednesday he added another assist in a 6-3 loss to the Victoria Royals. He got his assist on Lane Bauer's opening goal. Highlights can be found here.
In a 5-3 loss on Saturday Brett Pollock added another assist to his total. Highlights can be found here.
Brett Pollock is second on his team in points, behind Lane Bauer. These two players are the only ones on the Oil Kings who have more than 20 points.
USHL
Matej Paulovic had a goal through two games with the Muskegon Lumberjacks this week. He scored the goal, on the powerplay, during a 5-3 loss to Dubuque.
NCAA
Mike Prapavessis only played a single game with the RPI Engineers this week. He scored the game winning goal in a 3-2 win against Bentley. He now has five points for RPI.
Joseph Cecconi played two games with Michigan this week and went pointless through both games. He continues to play on their third defensive pairing.
Europe
Sweden
Niklas Hansson is still out injured for HV71.
John Nyberg played only a single game for Oskarshamn this week. He went pointless in a 4-1 win last Monday. He only played six minutes in the game.
Finland
Roope Hintz had three points in three games for HIFK this week. He got an assist on the game winner in a 4-3 win on Tuesday and a pair of assist in a 3-2 win on Saturday.
Aleksi Makela played two games for Ilves and went pointless through both games.
Troy Vance had a single assist in four games for Assat this week. He got an assist on Aleksi Saarela's goal in a 4-2 win on Friday.
Henri Kiviaho played a single game for Ilves this week, saving 29 of 32 shots he faced in a 3-2 loss. He has now played three games in the Liiga this season and has a 0.902SVS%.
Miro Karjalainen returned to action this week and finished with a single assist in his first game back. He got his assist during a 8-0 rout of KooKoo in the Finnish juniors.
Russia
Denis Guryanov played two games this week in the KHL. He went pointless in both games and played an average of five minutes per game.
Dmitry Sinitsyn did not play this week in the VHL.
