Dallas Stars Development Camp Roster Released

The Dallas Stars have announced their development camp roster. The camp is an opportunity for the Stars to bring all of their prospects together in one place with some other invitees to continue the process of developing into NHL players. The full list is here:

It’s interesting to note the heavy South Korean influence. Three South Korean players will be in attendance. Kye Hoon Park, goaltender from Korea University, Wonjun Kim, a defenseman from Anyang Halla in the Asia League, and his teammate, forward Jinhui Ahn.

The camp will also feature a heavy north Texas influence. Jeff Baum, William White, Michael Hill, and Justin Greenberg will all be in attendance. All four forwards were born in the metroplex. Goaltender Jacob Nehama from Allen will be there too.

A notable name who you won’t see in attendance is first round pick Denis Gurianov.

He apparently has KHL commitments to keep that will keep him from making it to camp.

Camp takes place July 7-11 at the Frisco StarCenter. See you there.

Edit: As pointed out on Twitter, it appears that Michael Prapavessis has grown two inches.

Edit Two: That’s a typo. He’s 6’1 still.
