It’s been quite the season for Thomas Harley. It all started when he signed a 2 year/$8 million contract in the fall, but that was just the beginning. He ended up having to lead the blueline after Miro Heiskanen’s injury in January, followed by winning a gold medal in February, and he unquestionably helped power the Stars post-4 Nations to where they are now in the Western Conference Finals. It’s safe to say that he has definitely earned his money thus far.
DallasStars.com Senior Staff Writer Mike Heika published a nice piece covering Harley’s “weird” journey to the NHL. He talks about how Harley has taken full advantage of the opportunities along the way to position himself for success at the NHL level. You can find his article here.
