Following two games where he was a healthy scratch for the Dallas Stars, Denis Gurianov has been reassigned to the Texas Stars of the AHL.
Gurianov played in three games for the Stars to start the season, averaging 9:20 minutes per game. During that time, Gurianov took five shots, while registering a +2 plus/minus rating. Gurianov is expected to play for Texas in their two-game series against the Iowa Wild over the weekend.
In addition, Jason Dickinson will likely return to the lineup on Saturday night against the Washington Capitals.
In practice today, Dickinson slotted into the left wing on a line with Radek Faksa and Joel L’Esperance.
