It was announced in late July 2017 that Dallas would host the 2018 NHL Draft at American Airlines Center, marking the first time the city and the Stars will host the draft. The Dallas Stars are celebrating their 25th anniversary this season and it only felt right that Dallas would be the choice for the upcoming draft.
Today, the Stars and the NHL finally unveiled the logo for the 2018 NHL Draft, and it not only makes every Stars fan proud, but also every Texan in the state and abroad proud. This logo does justice for the Stars organization and staff who couldn’t have been more ecstatic to have brought hockey to Texas and it truly honors the 25th anniversary here in style.
