Dallas Stars Prospect Update: Aaron Haydon Gets Two Goals, Scores Overtime Winner

North American Juniors and NCAA

OHL

Chris Martenet played two games this week for the London Knights. He went pointless through both of them. The London Knights currently lead their second round series against the Kitchener Rangers 2-0.

Martenet has yet to register a point in the playoffs.

Aaron Haydon scored a pair of goals during three games this week. During the opening game of their second round series against the Kingston Frontenacs, Haydon would score an empty net goal to seal a 3-1 win. Highlights of that game can be found here.

On Sunday, Haydon was the overtime hero for the Niagara IceDogs. His slapshot from just inside the attacking zone was the game winner as the IceDogs took game 3, 3-2 in overtime. He was named third start of the game for his efforts. Highlights of the game can be found here.

The IceDogs currently lead their series against the Frontenacs 3-0.

USHL

Matej Paulovic played two games in the USHL this week and finished with three assists. All three assists came during a 5-4 loss to the Des Moines Buccaneers on Saturday.

He has 53 points in 49 games this season.

Europe

Finland

Roope Hintz played three games this week and finished with a single assist. He got the assist during a 3-2 loss on Wednesday.

HIFK are currently one win away from the Liiga finals. They lead their series 3-2.
