OHL

Alex Peters continues not to have registered a point for the Flint Firebirds this season. He played three games this week and went pointless through those games.

Chris Martenet had a pretty good week with the London Knights. He got his first two assists of the season and finished a plus four on the week.

He got both assists in London's 6-2 win over the Sudbury Wolves on Friday, he was also named third star of the game for his effort.

A slapshot rebound resulted in his first assist as Brandon Crawley was able to score off the rebound. His second was a result of passing to forward in his own zone. Highlights can be found here.

Aaron Haydon had a quiet week in the OHL, going pointless through two games. He still hasn't registered a point this season.

Brent Moran played in two games this week for the Niagara IceDogs. In those two games he let in eight goals, seven of which came in the same game.

The IceDogs have had a very mixed start to the season and I can't help but feel that his numbers aren't a result of only poor play. Watching highlights there have definitely been some soft goals but plenty where he has been left hung out to dry.

Patrick Sanvido played one game and hasn't played in any of the other Windsor Spitfires game. I believe he is injured.

WHL

Brett Pollock is keeping up his point per game pace in the WHL with two assists this week.

Both assists came on the powerplay in a 4-3SO win over the Brandon Wheat Kings. Highlights of this game came be found here.

USHL

Matej Paulovic played a single game in the USHL and went pointless in that game.

NCAA

The NCAA began again last weekend. Only Mike Prapavessis was in action, he played in RPI's 3-0 loss to U Mass Lowell. He went pointless but played on RPI's top defensive pairing.

Europe

Sweden

Niklas Hansson played two games this week for HV71 but went pointless in both games. He's averaging nearly 24 minutes per game.

John Nyberg had a good week in the Allsvenska. He finished with two assists through three games. He's been averaging nearly 20 minutes of ice time per game.

Finland

Troy Vance got a pair of assists in a 6-1 win against HFK on Saturday. He has three assists through 11 games for Assat.

Aleksi Makela played two games for Leki in the Mestis. He got the assist in a 6-1 win against JYP-Akatemia on Friday.

Miro Karjalainen had a pretty good week in his return to the Finnish juniors. He had an assist and a goal in a 3-2 win on Sunday, including the game winner.

Henri Kiviaho hasn't played in the Liiga so far and has been the back up.

Russia

Denis Guryanov played two games in the KHL this week and went pointless in both games whilst averaging 15 minutes of ice time per game.

Dmitry Sinitsyn played two games in the VHL and went pointless in both games. He averaged over 19 minutes of ice time per game.
