Dallas Stars Fans in Houston: Watching Party at Maple Leaf Pub, 3/29

Dallas Stars fans hail from all over Texas -- and all over the world, actually -- and not every fan can make it regularly to Dallas in order to share our experiences with fellow hockey fanatics. While there have been a number of official and unofficial watching parties in the Dallas area, we felt it was fine time to get organize a get together for those of us hardcore Stars fans down here in Houston.

That time has finally come. Here are the quick and dirty details:

Dallas Stars vs. St. Louis Blues
Saturday, March 29, 2014 - 7 p.m. CDT

The Maple Leaf Pub is one excellent hockey themed bar in the Montrose area of Houston, if you're unfamiliar with the venue. The area is fairly easy to navigate, is almost exactly centrally located related to the rest of the greater Houston area.

We're not expecting a large crowd, but we are expecting to have a great time with some great Texas beers and some hardcore Stars fans from Houston. Many of us originally lived in Dallas at one point, and having the opportunity to watch a game with other fans is an opportunity we didn't want to pass up this season.

I'll be there, along with Josh Lile, and we look forward to meeting and getting to know our fellow Stars fans from the Houston area!
