Gameday Thread: Dallas Stars Host Colorado Avalanche (7:30pm CDT)

The Stars will basically run out their opening night lineup tonight when the puck drops at 7:30pm. With Daley looking unlikely for opening weekend and Aaron Rome out, this is one configuration of the defense that we could see, though I wouldn't rule Kevin Connauton out.

On the forward front it will be interesting to see what that third line can generate and how they're used. Nichushkin has been quiet since his first twirl here 12 days ago.
