There are fewer and fewer Stars prospects in action in the playoffs as many fell in the first rounds of their respective playoffs.

In the OHL Radek Faksa has gone pointless in the first two games of the second round series against the London Knights. They are currently down in the series 2-0.

Gemel Smith's Owen Sound Attack are currently tied in their series against the Plymouth Whalers 1-1. In the first game of the second round Gemel Smith had a single goal. New Dallas Stars prospect, Cody Payne, is playing with the Plymouth Whalers and has gone pointless through their first two games.

In the WHL only one Dallas Stars prospect is still in action. Mike Winther, Matej Stransky and Branden Troock's respective team were all knocked out in the first round. Matej Stransky and the Saskatoon Blades will return for the Memorial Cup Tournament however. Taylor Peters, a free agent signing, is playing with the Portland Winterhawks who are up 2-0 against the Spokane Chiefs. He hasn't had any points in this series.

In the QMJHL Troy Vance and Maxime Lagace were knocked out of the first round of the QMJHL playoffs.

While most of the Stars prospects in North America are out of the playoffs their prospects in Europe are doing better.

In Finland Jyrki Jokipakka's Ilves staved off relegation in the SM-Liiga winning their series 4-1. Jokipakka went pointless through the series. Its possible that he might join the Texas Stars. However considering the situation on their blueline it might not occur at the end of this season.

John Klingberg's Skelleftea are into the final of the Swedish Elitserie playoffs. They won their series in 4-1. They will face off against Lulea HF for the Elitserie title.

Ludwig Bystrom and Modo's J20 are into the finals of the J20 Playoffs. He has been impressive with 6 points through 7 games.
