Jamie Sabau

All the Junior, NCAA and European regular seasons have ended and there are large numbers of Dallas Stars prospects in action all over the world.

Radek Faksa has had a single assist through two game for the Kitchener Rangers. They have won both of their games against the Guelph Storm.

Brett Ritchie has played a single game for the Niagara IceDogs in their playoffs and has a single assist. He didn't play in their second game due to the flu. The Niagara IceDogs have lost both of their games against the Oshawa Generals. Its likely that when their season is over Ritchie will join the Texas Stars.

Gemel Smith has a single goal, the game winner against the Soo Greyhounds on Saturday. Owen Sound Attack have won the first two games of their series again the Greyhounds and lost the third. On Monday Gemel Smith scored two goals in a 5-3 defeat by the Greyhounds.

Matej Stransky's Saskatoon Blades have lost both of their opening two games against the Medicine Hat Tigers and Stransky has gone pointless. No matter what happens in the WHL playoffs he will be playing in the Memorial Cup.

Mike Winther's Prince Albert Raiders have lost both of their opening games against the Red Deer Rebels. Mike Winther has gone pointless through those two games.

Branden Troock is not listed on the Seattle Thunderbirds playoff roster and therefore appears to be out with injury for the rest of the season.

Troy Vance has gone pointless through the Prince Edward Island Rockets first two playoff games and is a collective -3. They have won and lost a single game. Maxime Lagace came in relief in their second game, a 8-3 rout by Val-d'Or Foreurs. He played 27 minutes, faced 7 shots and let a single goal in.

In Europe John Klingberg's Skelleftea sweeped Brynas, the previous champions, in four games. Emil Molin was a healthy scratch in their last game after Brynas J20 was eliminated by Ludwig Bystrom's Modo.

Ludwig Bystrom's Modo J20 are currently beating Skelleftea AIK J20 by 2-1 in the Quarter Final matchup. He is on a point per game pace and is third on their team in points.

Jyrki Jokipakka has played in a single relegation series game. He played about 19 minutes and has gone pointless with an even plus/minus rating.

In the NCAA Alex Guptill was eliminated in a 3-1 loss to Notre Dame. He had 8 points through 5 games and has been very impressive. Both Scott Winkler and Curtis McKenzie have finished their respective NCAA careers.
