The Texas Stars have made a big run in the standings after a slow start, going 7-1-1-1 in their last ten games to jump all the way to No. 6 in the Western Conference. The Stars now sit just six points back of division-leading Charlotte, with three games in hand, and have a chance to further close that gap tonight against the dead-last San Antonio Rampage.
The big news for this game is that Fox Sports Southwest will be carrying the Rampage feed in select regions. From what I've seen this morning, most are able to find it on FSSW+ on DirecTV or on Channel 756 on U-Verse. FiOS does not seem to have the game listed tonight, although I'd be sure to check when the game begins.
Here's the press release:
The San Antonio Rampage announced today that Sideliners Grill (15630 Henderson Pass) will host a viewing party for Wednesday's away game against the Texas Stars at 7:30 p.m. The game will air live on FOX Sports Southwest.
Sideliners Grill, an official restaurant partner of the Rampage, will offer exclusive food and drink specials for Rampage fans in attendance.
The Rampage square off against the Texas Stars at Cedar Park Center before traveling to Ontario for a pair of games leading into the holiday break. San Antonio will face Toronto on Friday, Dec. 21 and Hamilton on Saturday, Dec. 22. Puck drop for both games is 6 p.m.
We'll have an open thread up tonight for the game.
