This year's Thanksgiving is filled with even greater thanks from Dallas Stars fans. The ownership saga of the past two years is now over, and the Stars have a passionate new owner. The Stars have snapped their 5 game losing streak and are hopefully streaking in the other direction now. That dramatic come-from-behind OT winner against the Los Angeles Kings last night and the "Beat LA!" chants coming from the AAC just shows the passion Stars fans have for this team. Things are looking up for this franchise that we all love!
As you sit down to your turkey day meal, please send your thoughts and prayers to all of the men and women who serve and protect our country so that we may eat until we're stuffed, nap and watch football on this Thanksgiving day. Also send up a good thought for the families of all service members who are waiting for their loved ones to come home for the holidays.
