Mark Stepneski is reporting that the Stars have signed big right wing prospect Tomas Vincour to an entry level contract. Vincour is 19 years old, a right shot, and is listed around the web usually as 199lbs or 205lbs, and 6'-2". He currently plays with the Vancouver Giants in the WHL.
