Could Maxime Fortunus Be A Viable 3rd Pairing NHL Defender?

I know little to nothing about this guy, and the only points of reference I have for him are his few games in the NHL and his stats on the internet. I know he's right-handed and, at least in my mind, we need right-handed defenseman on the Dallas Stars. Apart from John Klingberg he is the only guy in the Dallas Stars depth pool I know to fit this criteria.

Assuming we obtain a top four, right-handed, defenseman for the 14-15 season through either trade, free agency, waivers (unlikely), or draft (unlikely) having two in the nightly six man rotation would probably be best, without changing the defensive makeup of the team too drastically. Would he be a viable option to see 10-15 minutes a night, game in and game out, in the NHL? Why, or Why not? How about Klingberg? Is there anyone else in the Dallas Stars depth who's a right-handed defenseman?

I would assume he'd be a 3rd pairing defender, and 10-15 minutes is about how much ice time would be ideal for that.

Also, what do you think the defensive corps will like next fall? What do you hope (realistically) it will look like? If we get two right-handed shots on the point who's off the starting roster, and what happens to them?

I hope someone has some insight to lend me, because I really have hardly anything to go by on him.
