Okay the Stars are not out of the playoff picture but I was really trying to do a play on words to bring attention to two things Im a huge fan of. Dallas Stars hockey since 1993 and Led Zeppelin. Ive seen Swan Song numerous times locally and want everyone to know this a local band with a retired marine core singer named Rich who has booming vocals and a huge friendly personality. The lead guitarist is Craig and hes an awesome guitarist but unfortunately a Dead Wings fan ;) Please come before game to the main plaza concert before the AVs game this saturday March 23rd 5pm to hear some great classic rock. Okay since I dont post often I want to say this about the Stars. I like Joe as GM and new owner. I will look back at posts to see if Ive missed anything but is anyone commenting about whether this is a winning or losing coaching style when it comes to the Stars play. Or is it just too many rookies and new faces. Some of the new rookies look very good. I was a fan of Dave Tippett and Hitchcock. In the early 90s you could see the team was good and well coached and they showed improvement each season with the culmination of a Stanley Cup as we all know. If it wasnt for a dirty play by Marchment on GM Joe we would have two Cups.....at least thats my opinion Mike D
