My name is Jacob. I just discovered this little blog and thought I'd introduce myself. Interestingly enough I frequent Bloggingtheboys, the Cowboys' sbnation blog, but never this one.

I'm not new to hockey. I've followed scores and stories for years. I remember staying up way too late to watch playoff games against the sabres and avalanche in the late 90s with my pops. However, its only in the last couple years that I've decided to invest in watching more games than I don't.

I'm still very new to the intracasies of the sport and I'm trying really hard to learn.

I look forward to reading the writers on this blog as well as the commenters. I also look forward to joining the community. Also, my spelling is subpar and my phone is refusing to autocorrect to I apologize.
