I want to know if I am the only one that sees the potential of the Stars moving Morrow to St. Louis now that Langenbrunner is having season ending hip surgery. I know this deal was talked about last year when Morrow was hurt, but was curious if anyone had heard any grumblings that St. Louis could now be looking for veteran leadership on their young team. One thing I do know is that Doug Armstrong and Ken Hitchcock are big time Morrow fans and he would fit the mold of a veteran leader for their hockey team. I know this move would not be popular in Dallas because of everything that Morrow has done for our franchise however, he does not fit entirely well with what Dallas is trying to do for the future. With Morrow's contract expiring at the end of the season I truly think this move makes sense for both sides. It also seems that Morrow has found more of his stride playing more minutes on the top line and on the powerplay, which leads to an increase in his value to teams around the league. Again, just a thought, but it makes me curious.
