Fun Trade Speculation Thread

With today being a slow off day I would like to start a thread proposing trades for the stars. I'll kick things off with my own.

DALLAS sends WASHINGTON

Daley, Faksa, Stransky, Garbutt, and a 3rd

WASHINGTON sends DALLAS

Orlov, Erat, Segal, and a 4th

Why it works: Dallas gets a young puck possession D-man as well as help with the top six while the young guns develop in Austin. Erat's deal ends after the 2014-15 season when Brett Ritchie could be ready for big minutes. This also opens up trades to move veterans like Whitney or Cole.

Why Washington would do it: Daley can help solidify their blueline, Faksa and Stransky provide prospect depth, and Garbutt can be an effective energy guy. Both Orlov and Erat have discussed trades with the Washington management, so they appear to be available,

Plus, who doesn't want good ole Brandon Segal back ;)

Lets see yours!
