On the way home from work today, I kept hearing on the radio that the Stars were going to be hosting an Icebreaker event at AAC on the evening of Thursday the 17th, with free entry, an open practice, autographs, giveaways, prizes, etc. Now that I'm home, I haven't found anything about it on any of the usual sites -- has anyone seen more information about it online?

I was hoping they'd do something like this; they really need to get themselves back on the local sports map, especially with the other three teams either out of action or not playing so well.

If you haven't heard, they're also doing free tickets for kids for January and February.
