Benn and Larsen Receive Qualifying Offers
Jamie Benn and Philip Larsen were officially given qualifying offers today. It's interesting that they weren't with the other group of qualifying offers, but I wouldn't read much into it. More than likely they were just discussing the possibility of extensions with the players/agents, and have decided to wait for now. It will be interesting to see what their final contracts will look like come October. Click on the link for the official press release.
