How is Ovechkin (Ribero) actually being used?

I had to check the byline to make sure this wasn't written by Josh! In your mind just substitute Ribero for Ovechkin to get an idea of how Gully should be playing him next year! The other interesting thing is to contrast Hunter and Gulitzan. Hunter seems to really grasp maximizing matchups to his team/players strengths. I think Gully is starting to get this.
