Let's not kid ourselves. On the on-topic side of things, this is THE MOST IMPORTANT WEEK OF STARS HOCKEY THIS SEASON. Blood pressures will skyrocket. Heart rates will accelerate. Nerves will be shot. It's going to be one hell of a week for all of us.

I have a midterm in 13 hours, but I am taking a study break to write all of this, because if I don't do it now, I'm not going to get to it. No ifs, ands or buts about it.

That being said, let's get down to brass tax here, more after the jump (now you know it's big. I'm inserting a jump!)

What was the best band in the 1990s? Was it Green Day? Blink-182? Third Eye Blind? Reel Big Fish? Sublime? Incubus? These are just a few I can think of off the top of my head. I want you all to state the 1990s band you believe was the best and defend it like no other. Fight each other with your internet swords if you have to.

If you had to pick between The Lion King or Toy Story (the original, but all three are amazing), which one would you watch, and why?

Since yesterday was April Fool's Day, I hope you all took part in some shenanigans. Now, a four-part question:

1. What pranks, if any, did you pull on your friends or family yesterday?
2. What is the best April Fool's prank you've pulled on people?
3. What is the best April Fool's prank you've seen other people pull?
4. Conversely, what is the worst attempt at an April Fool's prank you've seen?

Is it just me, or is Joan Jett's "Bad Reputation" the perfect song to use in moments of total badassery? I re-watched Kick-Ass this weekend, and I believe it's the best song to use in Hit-Girl's rampage in the final battle scene. (If you haven't seen this movie, STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND WATCH IT NOW! I DON'T CARE THAT YOU'RE AT WORK! THIS IS MORE IMPORTANT!)

And now that I mention it, who's a more awesome character, Hit-Girl or Jason Bourne? This may seem like a lopsided question depending on how you look at it, but I think there is plenty of supporting evidence of totally awesome moments involving either character that makes both of them stand out.
