Dallas Activates Stephane Robidas; Dillon To AHL; 10 Stars Games Moved to FSSW+
This afternoon the Stars announced that veteran defenseman Stephane Robidas has been activated from the team's injured reserve list and that to make a roster spot they have returned Brenden Dillon to the Texas Stars of the AHL.
Robidas practiced today and met with the coaching staff but no official word on his status for tomorrow night in Nashville was given. Gulutzan they like to have players returning from injury meet/practice with assistant coach Paul Jerrard twice before clearing them but that they may make an exception for Robi.
He will travel with the team to Nashville, along with Jordie Benn, and the club will make a determination on his status after morning skate tomorrow.
From the official release:
Robidas, 34, has missed the last six games with a lower body injury suffered during practice on Dec. 20, 2011. The 5-11, 197-pound defenseman has skated in 32 games this season for Dallas, recording 11 points (2 goals, 9 assists). He ranks second among Dallas defensemen with 83 hits and leads the team averaging 22:39 in time-on-ice per game (TOI/G).

For people watching on Center Ice, this shouldn't affect you.
There was a game that was already moved to FSN+ at the last second, and the feed on Center Ice still worked.

I'm glad
I get it in HD on my provider. Noticed Aeros/Rampage on it last week.

great.
10 games not in HD. will be lucky if time warner actually airs it.
I've never really felt guilty. I've been FOUND guilty.
Scratch Pardy and keep Benn in the lineup
With Avery off the books and the Stars back at the cap floor, the Stars need Pardy on the team with his $2 mil in salary. There is no need to have him playing in the games though.
Well...
that’s 10 Stars games I can’t watch
