Apparently, he had a noise complaint at 1:00 am at his L.A. home. When the officer knocked on the door Avery, wearing his favorite white "DALLAS" jersey, opened the door and pushed the officer before slamming the door shut. When officers knocked a second time he cooperated. He was still in jail this morning with 20,000 bail. So what do you think was going on at the Avery estate?
