I did a little looking around the internet, and there seems to be some word out on the price of Center Ice already.  Supposedly it's going to cost $179.80. (Though I also read $172 for the early bird special, but $7, big whoop)

Just wanted to give people a heads up in case they're anything like me, and saving up to buy it.

And since a lot of people have questions about blackouts and stuff, I thought we could direct all of that traffic to this post, to make it easier for everyone to find.  I'm currently working on getting a blackout map to make things easier, but until then, it is safe to assume that if you live in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, or Arkansas, you are going to be blacked out.

Also, if you're looking at Center Ice vs. GameCenter, be aware that it is up to the cable provider how many games they want to show in HD, and which broadcast they want to show.  Some providers will have the option of both broadcasts, as well as post as many games as possible in HD.  Other providers (such as Dish Network) do only the bare minimum one broadcast, and only have 1 or 2 games a night in HD.  GameCenter on the other hand, is all HD (as long as the cameras are HD, of course), and you can stream 4 games at once.  But you also need fast internet, and it will be on your computer, not your tv. If you can hook up your PC to your TV, then no worries, but keep that in mind when deciding!
