Matt Fraser sends Ice to Memorial Cup Semis


Stars prospect Matt Fraser has been coming up huge for the Kootenay Ice in recent games, none more so than their tie-breaker against the Owen Sound Attack Thursday night.

Star-divide

Fraser potted 2 goals and added 1 assist to lead the Ice to a 7-3 win over the same Attack squad who opened the tournament with a 5-0 win over Kootenay.

The Ice now have a semi-final birth against the Missisauga St. Michael's Majors on Friday.
