I know I’m a geek for reading the gdt the next day … but I had kids basketball last night and had to dvr the game. (grrrr freakin ATT but thats another rant) Don’t even know if I can post in an old gdt, and I’m sure no one will read it!
Oh well. Wild Turkey was the magic potion back in the day! We filled a metal flask with it for every game during the ’99 playoffs and passed it around after every Stars goal up in the rafters at Reunion. Well and some other strategic moments as well! That was a new flask; Reunion dented and dinged it heavily by the time Buffalo became a footnote. It lives in a place of honor on the shelf now … though I should probably dust it off for this Sunday!
