Just wanted to get some input from some of you guys on here. We've had season tickets 5 years now. Our original ticket agent, Ian, was great. Always helpful and responsive. He had left this year and his accounts passed around to other agents. Our current agent isnt as helpful. We may have just gotten spoiled with Ian, but we were thinking of asking for a new agent and wanted to see what you other season ticket holders thought of your agent and if its good, possibly their name so we could request them.
