I have a very simple question.  If the Star's organization has decided to not trade Brad Richards why won't they come out publicly and say that?  Is it because they ARE listening to offers? Or, could it be that they really have not made up their minds?  Google Brad Richards trade rumors and you will find a few articles that say he is off the market but isn't that just the author's opinion?  Please someone with more hockey knowledge tha me tell me why the Stars organization has not put these rumors to rest.  Or, did I miss something?
