Highlights: Texas Stars Take 2-0 Series Lead on Hershey Bears
There are a couple of interesting things about these highlights. Number one is that Jamie Benn isn't all over them (though he did have an assist). Jamie is going to have a dominant game in this series. It's just a question of when, and that's a bullet that Texas still has in the chamber waiting for "the team from chocolate town" (as their play by play man said last night).
The third Texas goal (the Lindgren led break) is either the prettiest thing I've ever seen or the ugliest. What are the THREE Bear defenders doing on that play? Why did they all converge on Perttu, and how is it that all three of them failed epically? What a fun play.
What is Matt Climie doing on the second Bears goal? He's not set, he's shuffling his feet, and when he tries to square up it's too late, and he's not exactly in position. I'm sure he'd like to have that one back. The heck with it though...he was good enough down the stretch.

So me and Art were both wrong last night...
It wasn’t a 2 on 1…. wasn’t even a 2 on 2…. it was a 3 on 2. Poor chocolates… I dunno how they botched that one.
So....who else is jumping on the "Start Krahn" bandwagon with me?
Assuming he’s ready tomorrow, but I remember hearing on the broadcast that he might be.
Climie didn’t exactly play awesome last night. Bad rebounds, poor positioning (he gave up waayyy too much space on that first goal.)
Climie's always been a little iffy in my book.
But if Krahn still isn’t 100%, they should let him rest.
Well, I think you gotta stay with Climie
He’s been good enough down the stretch that it’s not worth throwing a guy who hasn’t played in a month in the middle of a Final. That’s harsh and would be quite a challenge to any goaltender. The guys are comfortable with (Climie) now, you’d have to assume.
Changing goaltenders when you’re up 2-0 is not something you generally do.
It's not going to happen.
Climie is the guy. He’s won both of the Game 7s to get them here and now has won 2 in Hershey. It would be a huge slap in the face to bench him. He’s in for good.

Going forward...
Does anyone think Climie’s ready to claim the backup role for the big club? Or do the Stars bring in another journeyman veteran?
Too much of a risk I think...
Climie has really done well but the book on him stays the same.. fire on him low, he’ll give up rebounds so drive hard to the net… And he at times can be off positionally.
On a team like Dallas where the defense was cheese cloth like in terms of letting the opposition crash the net repeatedly, that’s a recipe for disaster.
