Friday Favorites
Every Friday during the offseason, we'll present some of the most memorable plays, players and moments in Dallas Stars history.
Tonight we watch an in-depth retrospective on perhaps the lowest (or highest, depending on your perspective) point in Stars' recent history. The Mighty Ducks of Anaheim were in town and were being beaten pretty soundly when Craig Ludwig threw a vicious elbow into the head of their top player. What ensued is the most incredible hockey brawl I've ever seen.
And it never stopped.
Note: The finalists in our summer contest will be announced next week.

Nice of the head of Rick Wilson
To make an appearance 3:33 into the first video.
Guess nobody told him he’d be up against a black background.

Thanks for putting this up it was very enjoyable. What are these videos taken from? Cool to see a retrospective. I remember watching this game.. good times.
I believe it was an offseason special
Don’t remember when it was made though, I’ve only ever seen it on Youtube.

It was actually a part of what was called the Ultimate Dallas Stars Collection (or some such) and aired on FSN during the lockout.
I think they later posted the vids on the official site.
