So the whole time we've been working towards the 4th overall pick in the NHL Re-Draft, we flew with the assumption that the so-called "big three" of Ovechkin, Malkin and Crosby would be gone. Not the case.
1. Alex Ovechkin (Calgary Flames)
2. Sidney Crosby (Vancouver Canucks)
3. Henrik Lundqvist (Tampa Bay Lightning)
As you can see, the Stars are up and Evgeni Malkin is available. Somehow. Now my first instinct is to leap with joy and pick Malkin, but I wanted to stick with my promise that this first pick is a community selection. So make your choice below and do it quick, the Stars are on the clock!
