USA vs. Russia in World Championships; today @ 9:15a CDT

[UPDATE] Russia wins 3-2. The USA played as best they could, giving all they possible had. Alex Radulov broke a 2-2 tie with 1:47 remaining in the third period to give the Russians the lead. Team USA exceeded all expectations in the tournament and have set the stage for what should be a great showing at the upcoming Olympics. [All remaining games are now broadcast for free on UniversalSports.com; as well as the Universal digital television station] Matt Niskanen and Team USA take on Russia in the first semifinal game of the IIHF World Championships. The winner of this game goes on to play for the gold medal. Loui Eriksson and Niklas Grossman saw limited ice time in Sweden's 4-2 win over Latvia yesterday. Sweden will face Canada later today in the other semifinal game.
