Brad richards out indefinitely with broken left hand
Wow. Just.....wow.
Brad Richards, who was returning from a broken wrist, is out indefinitely after breaking his other hand in Saturday's game.
"Richards will be out indefinitely. He broke his other hand,'' Stars coach Dave Tippett said. ``He has a spiral fracture of a bone in his other hand. It's not good news."
At this point, it's almost funny. This just wasn't meant to be our year. This team has fought and fought and unfortunately circumstances have negated any steps forward the Stars can make.
What a bad, bad set of events for Brad Richards and my thoughts are with him. This was a guy who fought to return as early as possible to get back on the ice and help his team, and ends up breaking the other hand.

Oh god
that’s terrible luck. I wish him best of luck in his recovery, seems certain he just shuts it down for the year and gets back fresh for 09-10.
Remember to retire Fin's number, Mark.
Please let this be April Fools prank come way too early...

You've got to be kidding...
…that was my thought when I read this. The Stars all catching all the breaks, but they are all the bad ones.
