TSN: Brad Richards out indefinitely with broken wrist

Per TSN:

The former Conn Smythe trophy winner suffered a broken wrist when he was drilled into the boards by Blue Jackets forward Jakub Voracek during the second period of Monday's Stars victory.  He scored a goal earlier in the game.

Richards will meet with a specialist on Tuesday to determine the extent of the injury and necessary treatment.

Ugh.

Options now for the Stars: Toby Peterson or Mark Parrish could move up and play center and the Stars will certainly call Chris Connor back up from the AHL.

Well, ^$*&^#

This team losses Richards, Morrow, and Zubov. I want to say bad things.

well shit

good news is that he can likely make it back for the playoffs.

bad news is we may struggle to make the playoffs without him.

does this suddenly make us players in the trade market?

Son of a @#$!@

No use in crying over spilled milk though. I think Petersen played a really good game last night so I think he should see some more ice time.
