it amazes me the curse the Joe has on him now.

I noticed the Niskie help generate 3 of the Thrashers goals. He really needs to be a healthy scratch for a game or two. It might motivate him to tighten up a bit.

Reading various Red Wing blogs complaining about, of all things, officiating.
This is the first loss since the last loss to the Stars that I thought the Wings got f***ed by the refs and it cost them at least a point.
The Stars 3rd goal came directly after Helm was absolutely mobbed. They were allowed to hook, hold, interfere, and slash the entire game. There’s nothing I friggin’ hate more than losing a game because the d***s in stripes aren’t doing their g*****n jobs. How about the multiple Dallas offsides that weren’t called? This is ridiculous.
BTW, I do love me some Abel to Yzerman. But I think they’re at their best when the Wings lose and it’s the refs fault.
BTW, absolutely no mention of the Bertuzzi punching of Richards off the puck. Or the Loui Eriksson outracing of Nik Lidstrom on the icing midway though the period.
