Ok so...

This is BY FAR the most intense I’ve seen the Stars play this season. The Flames have that same hunger and it’s made for an excellent first period. This is good hockey, folks.

Bouwmeester is a freaking machine the way he eats up minutes. I think it’s a shame he gets knocked for not being more physical, like a Chris Pronger. He’s awesome IMO.

I'm not one to blame losses on officiating

Hell, I’ll even point out to you that in the 2006 Oklahoma-Oregon screwing, the Sooners D gave up over 500 yards of offense and had two chances after turnovers to really put the game away.

As such, I’m going to put most of the blame on this one for the Stars inability to defend a 2-1 lead.

That doesn’t excuse the absolute f**kup by all 4 officials to not CLEARLY see Grossman shot that puck out while it was still in the neutral zone.

It’s a damn shame the game ended on that power play. And if the NHL had any balls, they’d suspend both refs and both linesmen for a lengthy amount of time.
