Just a heads up

It’s something the guys over at Brew Crew Ball let us know about, but if you use FireFox, the logo for the blog covers part of the text. I don’t know if you want to report this or not.

Thanks.

I’ve noticed it as well. It’s definitely been brought up.

It seems like it's headed in the right direction...

But it feels like it’s taking just as long to load for me. Could be because the internet at my office is really slow anyways.

And is it just me or is DBD a much bighter page than it used to be? I feel like there’s a ton more white background than there was before.

Other than that, I like the changes. Not too much difference, so I’m not lost when trying to find my way around it.

Yeah, there is more white.

I think that was part of the plan. And they’re already working some of the major bugs, like the fact that there is no double spacing in the comments.

Personally, I preferred the darker background

It was easier on my eyes. The bright white tends to give me a bit of a headache. But I also have to stare at spreadsheets all day on my computer at work. I think if they could let me choose a background color as part of my profile settings, that would be perfect!

That's not a bad suggestion.

I also liked the blog-specific background myself. Believe me, that’s been brought up as well.

Looks good.

The whiter look makes it appear more like a news site, which is acceptable. The new menu system is improved from before, it looks modern.

Only real problem – the site’s logo/phrase, at the moment, “Needs More James Neal”, is completely out of place, and isn’t appealing.

Other than that, moderately large improvement, well done.
